Since we moved to Padacre Road 40 years ago, Joan you have been a wonderful friend, always there for us with help and advice, how many times have we said “we’ll ask Joan, she will know”. Even sharing the contents of your food cupboard when supermarket shelves were empty. Memories of your stories growing up in Kent, Rufus and Bear, emergency plumbing, coming home with your homemade cakes and pasties. Joan, you will be missed by us so much. Ian, Pat and all the Family.
